A brief history
Born out of the DC Multifamily residential construction business; the leaders of PVC have completed some of the the areas finest condominiums and cutting edge apartments. From the sitework, utilities, structural concrete, framing, and high-end finishes; we utilize the most advanced construction management techniques. We manage schedule, spending, materials, and safety for projects ranging from $1M to $100M. The time came in 2022 when the conditions were right and we started the family business; Patapsco Valley Contractors LLC.

Our specialty is in how we manage our clients and the focus we provide for them in order to accomplish the project of their dreams.
