Google accounts

Each student in the Pennsville School District is issued a Google account for use throughout while enrolled in the district. The accounts are for student and school use only and must not be used by other family members or for any purposes outside of school. Students are expected to keep their account and login information secure and should not share it with anyone else. Accounts should not be linked to any apps, websites, or other programs not specifically for school use. Any breeches in security of the account must immediately be reported to the student's principal and/or technology department.

When students transfer out of the district or graduate, the accounts are inactivated and will no longer be available. It is recommended that students copy any assignments or projects they may wish to keep to a personal Google account prior to graduation.

Fines / equipment /etc. holding diploma

Please note - graduating seniors who are on the fine list do not receive their diploma at graduation. All missing items must be returned or fines paid for students to receive their diploma.

Failure to return school property

Students are expected to return all school property on their last day of attendance in the district or have the material returned by the date of transfer. School property that is not returned may result in the matter being turned over to a collection agency for the full replacement value of the item(s).

Damage to school grounds / buildings / property

If a student is responsible for vandalism or causes damage through reckless behavior to school grounds, buildings, or school property, consequences will include disciplinary action with the school and may result in fines up to the cost of repair and or replacement of damaged property and/or criminal complaints depending on the incident and damage caused.
