Welcome!
I'm so excited to kick off another amazing school year!
In my classroom, I will encourage students to explore areas of interest through reading and writing. Students will learn about writing craft and will apply new writing skills to their work everyday. Each student will set a reading goal for the year and I will support them in reaching their goal! Students will be asked to keep a book with them and read whenever there is down time.
In my classroom, students will be thinkers & explorers. They will quickly learn the power of kindness and respect and we'll work on building a classroom community through discussions and team activities.
