Biography

Here is a little bit about me:

I was born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Canada, and moved to the United States with my family when I was about a year old. My dad got a job, which he found on the internet in 1996, at Glassboro State College, and we then moved to a small suburb of Philadelphia: Clayton, NJ. I graduated valedictorian of the Clayton High School Class of 2014. From there, I went on to Rowan University, where I graduated in May 2018 with a BA in Mathematics, a BA in Subject Matter Education, and a minor in Statistics.

You will learn very quickly that one of my favorite things is Math. When I'm not doing Math, you'll probably find me watching sports, and most likely it'll be soccer. I am a huge Philadelphia Union fan (just in case you didn't catch that from my room decorations) and I also support Manchester United. I've always been a Philly sports fan, though, and enjoy following all of the local teams. You may also find me on a soccer field after school hours, but I'll probably be the one in the middle with a whistle. I am a local USSF youth soccer referee and former SJSOA high school soccer referee.

I'm also a really big Star Wars fan. I love watching Star Wars for the story that it tells and the really great action scenes. Here are my list of favorites:

  • Favorite Movie: Return of the Jedi or Rogue One

  • Favorite Character: Chewbacca

  • Lightsaber Color: Green

  • Favorite Animated Series: Rebels
