Welcome to VIBZ, a social application developed by PushP Solutions. By accessing or using VIBZ, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our app.

Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the app’s functionality.
5. Content Ownership and Use
You retain ownership of any content you post on VIBZ. However, by posting content, you grant PushP Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with the operation of the app. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to VIBZ at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in any conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful.

PushP Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the app; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our app by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the app.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PushP Solutions, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of VIBZ, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.
