This process layers on top of, and does not replace, normal activities such as reporting problems within ServiceNow, other communication methods within Kaplan, or the Project Intake Process.

Leverage this Purdue Global IT Service Request for the following services:

• Google Workspace support for PG-administered services, Google Cloud Platform support

• Support for PG-administered applications: Smartsheet, Zoom, Asana, Make

• General Request for Non-Kaplan requests for technology development, enhancements, or break/fix activities

The Purdue Global IT Service Request process includes the following request types:

• Brightspace / Zoom Support by the LMS Administration Team
