Technology Requests
The Technology Service Request process includes the following request types:
Security Review requests for new software, applications, or web services.
Escalation of unresolved Service Now tickets (originally processed through GetHelp and Kaplan)
Brightspace / Zoom Support by the LMS Administration Team
Software Access for PG-administered applications:
Smartsheet
Kanbanchi
Zoom Webinar
Asana
General Request for Kaplan and Non-Kaplan requests for technology development, enhancements, or break/fix activities.
This process layers on top of and does not replace normal activities such as reporting problems within ServiceNow, other communication methods within Kaplan, or the Project Intake Process. Review the process, and submit a technology service request on the PG Technology Site.

Immediate assistance:
Call 1.855.892.7396 for network user accounts, passwords, email, software for PG-issued laptops, VPN, etc.
Call 1.866.348.1196 for Faculty Support including Brightspace and Zoom questions, issues, and setup requests.
