Lynn Dominguez
My name is Lynn Dominguez, and I am proud to serve as Justice of the Tuttle Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta for the 2026-2027 academic year. I am a 3L at Purdue Global Law School with an expected graduation date of December 2027. In addition to law school, I work full time as a senior paralegal handling complex civil litigation and judgment enforcement matters, including post-judgment enforcement strategy, discovery, and multi-jurisdictional proceedings. My professional background has also included contract management and criminal law matters, providing experience across a broad range of legal practice areas.
As Justice, I am committed to helping create a year filled with professionalism, connection, mentorship, and meaningful opportunities for our members. One of the unique aspects of attending law school in an online environment is the importance of building community, and I believe Phi Alpha Delta plays an important role in bringing students and alumni together through networking, professional development, and shared experiences throughout law school and beyond.
Balancing law school, leadership responsibilities, work, and family life has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding. I am deeply grateful for the support of my husband, daughters, and grandchildren, who have encouraged me through the long hours and constant demands that come with pursuing a legal education while working full time. Their support, humor, and patience have made this journey possible.
Outside of the legal field, I enjoy creative projects, research, and spending time with the furry members of our family. I look forward to serving alongside this Executive Board and helping make the upcoming year exciting and rewarding for the Tuttle Chapter.
Ashley Driver
Hello Phi Alpha Delta Sisters and Brothers! My name is Ashley Driver, and I am excited to serve you all as the 2026-2027 Tuttle Chapter Vice Justice. I am in my last year at Purdue Global, and I cannot think of a better way in which to finish my law school career than service through PAD. I hope to help everyone obtain enriching experiences and enable every PAD member to grow professionally through fulfilling, member-centric activities.
Sharing a bit about me, I live on a farm in northern California with my daughter. We grow fruit, vegetables, grains, seeds, and nut crops. I work as a human performance technologist where the majority of my initiatives address environmental sustainability, health, safety, and CalOSHA compliance in diverse agricultural organizations. My time is also spent working with Purdue University as part of iQ2300, an international project with global scientists who research Antarctic ice melt to understand and predict future changes and global impacts. Through the Alaska Legal Services Corporation, I serve as an advocate for Alaskans and help them obtain state benefits through the administrative law system. In my spare time, I love being outdoors, hiking, and working in my garden with my daughter.
I am excited for the coming academic year full of positive, professional learning experiences with you all through PAD. Please email me at any time and connect with me on LinkedIn. I look forward to working with everyone!
Sheirita Patterson
My name is Sheirita Patterson, and I am honored to serve as the Marshal of the Tuttle Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta at Purdue Global School of Law. I am originally from Houston, Texas. I am a 2L with only three semesters left. Hopefully, graduating next spring.
Professionally, I work as a court reporter, where I have had the opportunity to sit in on hearings, depositions, examinations under oath (EUOs), and arbitrations. I had the opportunity to gain a behind-the-scenes perspective on the legal profession, particularly by observing how attorneys navigate litigation strategy, case development, and insurance claim handling.
Earlier in my professional journey, I had the privilege of serving as a congressional intern for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee. In that role, I assisted with preparing official proclamations and certificates presented to honorees, helped manage scheduling and calendar coordination, and supported town hall meetings and community events.
In addition, I was an intern with the Small Business Development Center at Prairie View A&M University, where I earned both my Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees. I assisted the director in guiding farmers through financing options to qualify for loans for essential agricultural equipment. I also helped coordinate entrepreneurship workshops for aspiring business owners. The participants learned how to start, manage, and grow their businesses. Including exploring SBA financing options for business expansion.
I have volunteered with various organizations throughout Houston. By helping feed the homeless, providing toys to children during the Christmas season, and distributing school supplies to students preparing for the academic year. I have also had the privilege of serving as a poll worker during election seasons. I really enjoyed assisting the democratic process.
My hobbies are cooking, dancing, and spending time outdoors, hugging trees :)
Vandana Arestad
My name is Vandana Arestad, and I am honored to serve as the 2026-2027 Treasurer for the Tuttle Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta. I am a 2L and I am excited to support a year of professionalism, connection, and practical opportunities that help our members grow.
Outside of law school, I work full time as a Senior Quality Director in the medical device industry, leading quality operations across multiple sites. My background includes 20+ years across regulated industries, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, risk-based decision making, and process optimization. I’m passionate about building systems that respect the people doing the work, and creating clarity in environments where details matter.
As Treasurer, I’m committed to financial integrity, transparency, and responsible stewardship of chapter resources. My goal is to keep our budgeting and reporting organized and reliable, while supporting initiatives that strengthen member engagement, networking, and professional development throughout the year.
Outside of work and school, I enjoy being in and around nature (especially hikes and beaches) and taking on fun fitness challenges. I’m looking forward to serving alongside the Executive Board and helping make the year meaningful and rewarding for our chapter.
Jess Koehler
My name is Jess Koehler and I am honored to serve as Clerk for the Tuttle Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta here at Purdue Global. I live in San Diego with my husband and our dog who is convinced she’s a person. I’m a 2L (soon to be 3L) and anticipate graduating in August 2028. I have my undergraduate degree in music with a minor in history.
It seems like law has been a part of my life for almost as long as I can remember. My first law school “class” was a Constitutional Law class that I attended with my dad when I was on a school break in 2nd grade. I’ve worked on and off in my father’s legal practice since high school, and I currently work in his estate planning practice. My husband and I have owned and operated a successful boutique winery for the past 12 years. As we began intentionally transitioning into a new chapter of our lives and scaling the winery back, I found myself revisiting an idea that had been in the back of my mind since my undergraduate years: attending law school. What began as a long-held “maybe someday” quickly became a serious pursuit, and ultimately one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made.
Outside of work, wine, and law school, I serve as secretary for a local nonprofit organization and chair its largest annual fundraising event. Through these roles, I have gained extensive experience working with people from all walks of life while managing high-pressure situations that require strong coordination, communication, organization, and collaboration skills, all qualities that I will bring to my role as Clerk.
In my “free time” I enjoy traveling with my husband and spending time with friends and family.
Professor Howard Anderson
Howard Anderson joined the faculty of Purdue Global Law School in 2023 after approximately 18 years of practice as an attorney, which was primarily focused on appellate litigation and federal criminal defense. He represented clients in federal and state courts across the country and has argued, among other places, at the Alaska, Georgia, and South Carolina Supreme Courts and the US Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Sixth, Seventh, and Ninth Circuits.
Before joining the faculty, he worked in various settings as a law clerk within the US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, as an associate at law firms, and as a solo practitioner. Anderson has always enjoyed mentoring – of lawyers and aspiring lawyers alike.
While in private practice, Anderson regularly accepted court appointments to represent indigent criminal clients and provided pro bono services to indigent civil clients.
