The SBA has had an incredible year so far, hosting a wide range of virtual events designed to support, inform, and connect students. From welcoming new students during the First Week Check-In to targeted sessions like the First-Generation Law Students Virtual Meet-Up and the informative “5 W’s of Seminar Etiquette” series, the SBA has worked hard to meet the needs of our student body. They also hosted the Innocence Project Speaker Series, shedding light on the experiences of wrongfully convicted individuals and the pursuit of justice.
In addition to virtual programming, the SBA coordinated various in-person events that brought students together from across the country. These included a lively mixer in Los Angeles, the celebratory May 2025 Grad Bash in Indiana, coffee meetups in New York City, NY and Dallas, TX, and a special gathering in Washington, D.C. with Professor Anderson—creating valuable opportunities for connection, networking, and community-building beyond the screen.
