SERVICE LEARNING FELLOWS
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Service Learning Fellows program at Purdue Global is designed to foster the development and institutionalization of service-learning projects and scholarly pursuits, as well as establish collaborative efforts and outcomes. Purdue Global Service Learning Fellows will advocate for and champion service learning at PG, working with students, faculty, and administration to encourage and promote engagement.
Fellows will work cooperatively to support Purdue Global’s service-learning initiative by meeting the following obligations:

● Propose projects to advance PG’s culture of service learning.
● Develop opportunities to incorporate service learning into course development.
● Review applications for service-learning recognition.
● Reach out to students pursuing service-learning recognition to offer support and assistance.
● Participate in service learning “open house” sessions to promote student engagement in PG’s service-learning initiatives.
● Address faculty and staff at School meetings to promote the Center for Community Engagement & Service Learning.
