I am active duty Navy spouse who has spent years connecting with people across military branches and also looking for a job every 2-3 years as we PCS'd around the country. I have been a high school teacher, cook, chef instructor, and now a higher education professional with over seven years of helping people navigate career decisions and jobs. I understand changing careers as it took a while for me to find the right job fit. I speak fluent military and can help translate that to the federal and civilian workforce. I am a 20 year Air Force veteran and a military spouse. My primary duty was 2W071, Munitions Systems or AMMO, but after retiring decided to go into higher learning. As a career changer I know what it is like to fall back on other skills learned while in the military and to translate all that information on a resume. I also understands how difficult it can be to transition out of the military. I have a MA in History and live in Idaho with tons of kids, dogs, cats, and chickens.
