Lisa has worked in higher education for over 27 years. Lisa has a BS, in Business Management from the University of Maryland, a Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, and a PhD in Research Methodology, School of Education, Loyola University, Chicago. Lisa continues to serve as a Peer-Reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission; she has been in the role for over 15 years. Lisa lives in Henderson, Nevada.

Lauderdale, Florida.
Ryan Eikmeier, EdD

Ryan has worked in higher education, corporate training and development, and distance learning for over 15 years and K-12 education for four years. Ryan earned a BA in music from Creighton University, an MM in music education from Northwestern University, and an EdD in interdisciplinary leadership from Creighton University.
Jahna Kahrhoff, PhD

Jahna has 26 years of experience as an administrator and instructor in higher education. Dr. Kahrhoff has a BA in Visual Art from Rutgers University, an MS in Information and Communication Sciences from Ball State University, and a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Dr. Kahrhoff lives with her family in Webster Groves, Missouri.

Jody has over 14 years of experience in higher education, including leadership, project management, instructional design, and teaching. She is credentialed by the Association of College and University Educators (ACUE) and through Quality Matters as a Certified Peer Review and APPQMR Facilitator. She has an MA in English from National University and an MS in Education in Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University.

Flo has been with Purdue University Global since June 2009. Dr. Wolfe Sharp holds a BA in English from the University of Dayton, MS in Educational Technology from Nova Southeastern University, and EdD in Educational Technology from the University of Florida. She served colleges and universities in Ohio and Florida before coming to Purdue.
Tonya Scalise, MA

Tonya has an MA in Adult Education and Communications Technology and a BS in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has been working with the team for over 13 years, mostly in the role of Curriculum Specialist. Before starting her career at PG, she worked in instructional design and multimedia development.
Shireese Perez, PhD

Shireese has over 18 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, program oversight, and has worked with state labor and licensing accreditation boards for codes and standards compliance. Dr. Perez earned a BS in Organizational Leadership & Development and an MA in Management from Regent University. She also earned an MEd in Instructional Design & Technology from Kaplan University and a PhD in Learning Management from Walden University with a certification in Higher Education Leadership for Student Success.
Jacquelyn Ranisate, MEd
Director of Curricular Initiatives
Jackie has worked at Purdue University Global for 12 1/2 years in various roles including Curriculum Manager and Assistant Dean of Curriculum. She has a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. She spent her early career in Michigan working in several online learning areas of the automotive sector, including JD Power & Associates and Ford Motor Company, as well as in-person teaching at the University of Detroit and Wayne State University.
Megan Kirby

Megan Kirby joined Purdue University Global in June 2021. She has worked in higher education for 5 years, previously in graduate admissions, managing the admissions based CRM, Technolutions Slate. She has a BS in Business Administration from Purdue University Global and is currently pursuing her MFA in Luxury and Fashion Management at Savannah College of Art and Design. She brings UX design experience and an alumni perspective to this awesome team.

Rhonda has over 20 years of experience working in higher education including teaching, instructional design, curriculum design, and digital product management. Rhonda earned an MS in Distance Learning and Adult Education from the University of Phoenix.
Ryanne Milani, BA
Senior Manager of IT Accessibility
Ryanne has almost 10 years of experience with and web accessibility. Before joining Purdue, Ryanne was an accessibility consultant for the Maryland State Department of Education. She received two BAs, English Literature and Applied Linguistics, from UMBC and is working towards her MS in Interaction Design and Information Architecture from the University of Baltimore.
Jessica Alvarez, MBA, MSIT

Jessica has been with Purdue Global since 2012, supporting initiatives across several business units, and joined the Curriculum Design and Operations team in 2016 as a Curriculum Specialist. Jessica earned her MBA from the University of Florida and also completed the MSIT program at Kaplan University. She oversees the Curriculum Content Editors and Curriculum Operations Coordinators.
