AUTHOR REGISTRATION 

As part of the ICEESS 2025 submission process, authors are required to complete the registration @ ICEESS OJS Portal before submitting their abstracts. This registration step is essential to establish authorship records, facilitate communication, and ensure a structured review process. The abstract submission is an integral component of the registration, serving as an official indication of the author's intent to participate in the conference. Only registered authors will be permitted to submit abstracts, and all submitted abstracts will undergo a formal review process to assess their relevance and quality. Authors are advised to provide accurate and complete information during registration, as these details will be used for official conference records, correspondence, and subsequent publication in conference proceedings. 

ICEESS 2025 Abstract Submission Guide

Step 1: Prepare Your Abstract

Before submitting, ensure your abstract follows these guidelines:
Length: 150–250 words
Format: Structured abstract (Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion)
Language: English
File Type: PDF or Word (.doc/.docx)

Step 2: Register & Log In

1.     Visit the ICEESS 2025 Submission Portal: ICEESS OJS Portal

2.     Click "Register" if you are a new user OR "Log in" if you already have an account.

3.     Complete your profile with your affiliation, email, and contact details

Step 3: Submit Your Abstract

1.     Click on the button "Make a Submission" then click “Make a new Conference Proceedings Submission” 

2.     Fill in the Title of your research

3.     Select the Conference Track that best matches your research:

• Renewable Energy & Power Systems

• Energy Storage & Smart Grids

• Power Electronics & Green Tech

• Embedded Systems, IoT & Automation

• Wireless Communication, 5G/6G & Smart Networks

• Smart Cities & Digital Tech

• AI, Machine Learning & Intelligent Systems

• Innovation in Electrical Engineering Applications

• Other related topics

4.     Upload your abstract file in the required format.

5.     Complete the Author Details, including co-authors.

Step 4: Review & Confirm

• Check that all information is correct.

• Ensure your abstract meets the formatting guidelines.

• Click "Submit" to finalize your abstract submission

Step 5: Submission Confirmation & Next Steps

• You will receive an email confirmation after submitting.

• The abstract will be reviewed by the editorial team.

• Notification of Acceptance will be sent via email and ICEESS OJS Portal

• Upon acceptance, you will be invited to submit the ICEESS Full Template
