The International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Smart Solutions (ICEESS 2025) is a premier platform for researchers, academics, and industry professionals to share the latest advancements in electrical engineering, automation, artificial intelligence, and smart technologies. Organized by the Electrical Engineering Department, Politeknik Ungku Omar (PUO), ICEESS 2025 aims to foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge exchange in these critical fields.

The ICEESS 2025 program will feature keynote and plenary sessions by renowned experts, technical paper presentations, and technical exhibitions. The conference aims to provide a platform for exchanging innovative ideas and solutions in electrical power, power electronics, renewable energy, automation, and smart systems.

This conference is proudly held in collaboration with the International Journal of Electrical Engineering and Applied Sciences (IJEEAS), Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), and the Malaysian Journal of Science and Advanced Technology (MJSAT). ICEESS 2025 allows participants to present cutting-edge research, engage in insightful discussions, and build professional networks that drive technological advancements.

All accepted papers from ICEESS 2025 will be published in the ICEESS 2025 Conference Proceedings, which will be assigned an eISBN, ensuring official recognition and accessibility. Furthermore, outstanding papers will have the opportunity to be considered for publication in the International Journal of Electrical Engineering and Applied Sciences (IJEEAS) or the Malaysian Journal of Science and Advanced Technology (MJSAT). Both journals are indexed in MyCite, MyJurnal, Google Scholar, and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), enhancing academic visibility and research impact. Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their work for journal publication, subject to a rigorous peer-review process.

ICEESS 2025 will be held with the 1st International Congress on Green Engineering and Sustainable Development (ICGESD 2025). Participants from ICEESS 2025 will be able to attend paper presentation sessions at ICGESD 2025, and vice versa, fostering valuable cross-conference knowledge sharing and engagement.
