We design, cut and manufacture an extensive range of products, including blank craft shapes, embellishments, plaques and much more.

All our products are made using high precision laser cutting machines.

Shipping:

We aim to have all stock items posted within 24 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and bank holiday's)

Personalised items can take up to 5 working before dispatch and longer during busy periods.

All items are sent by a Royal Mail usually taking 2-3 days from being posted to delivery

If your items are not with you 5 days after posting please let us know. As per ART DREAMS and Royal Mail policies

we cannot refund or send replacements until 15 days after postage.

Returns:

If for any reason the items you bought are not wanted we will offer a full refund upon confirmed return if returned with 7 days of purchase and in original packaging and condition. In these cases you the buyer will be liable for the return postage

Please ensure you return any items recorded delivery as proof of postage is not sufficient.

If an order was sent wrong or in mistake by us we'll pick up everything . Bottom line, we want you happy!

PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be issued for personalised items damaged in transit, instead a replacement will be sent. If your item has been damaged in transit we will require photographic evidence of damage to claim back from Royal Mail before a replacement can be sent.
