5 Point Fabrication Scholarship - $2,000 (2 available)
The 5 Point Fabrication scholarship is designed for a Pulaski High School senior, with a strong work ethic, who is going into the welding or metal fabrication field. Recipients will be selected by the 5 Point Fabrication business.
Criteria:
Must be pursuing a degree in welding or metal fabrication.
Essay explaining (200 words) on your future goals.
Beatrice Ludke Scholarship - $500
In memory of Beatrice Ludke, dedicated nurse, the Egnarski family will provide a scholarship to help deserving medical students with post-secondary education costs. Recipients are chosen by the Education Foundation Board and the Egnarski family.
Criteria:
A cumulative grade point average of 2.500 or higher.
Recommendation from one teacher you had during your junior or senior year.
Butch Reimer Scholarship - $1,000 (2 available)
This scholarship will be awarded to a Pulaski High School Senior continuing their education that has excelled in a varsity sport and will participate in a varsity sport in college. Recipients are chosen by the Reimer family.
Criteria:
Proof that they will be accepted into a college’s sport.
Cumulative grade point average of 3.000 or higher.
Demonstrates qualities of a strong work ethic, sportsmanship, passion, community involvement, and continued self-improvement that reflects Butch Reimer’s values.
Have financial need and would benefit from the financial award.
Signatures from the varsity sport coach and one other PHS teacher as proof of meeting bullets 1 and 3 above.
Butch Reimer Scholarship Application
Darlene C. Funk Scholarship - $500
In memory of Darlene Funk, who positively impacted many lives during her years as a counselor for the Pulaski School District. The objective of this scholarship is to provide support for a financially in-need student planning to complete his or her post-secondary education in a helping field. Examples include, but are not limited to, psychology, counseling, social work, personal care attendant and nursing. Recipients will be chosen by the Funk Family.
Criteria:
Scholarship to be awarded to a financially in-need student as defined by the Pulaski School District.
Must have been accepted to and pursuing a post-secondary education at an accredited institution in a helping field (does not have to be a four year institution).
Must have maintained at least a 3.0 GPA during their time at PHS.
Darlene C. Funk Scholarship Application
Dr. Harry Rozmiarek Scholarship - $250
This scholarship began in 2014 to honor the memory of Dr. Harry Rozmiarek. This scholarship is established by the family of Harry Rozmiarek (PHS Class of 1956) to recognize a graduating Pulaski High School student who demonstrates academic achievement plus an interest in pursuing a career in veterinary medicine or related animal sciences. Recipients will be chosen by the Rozmiarek family. The selection committee will be composed of the members of the PCSD Education Foundation Board with final review by the Rozmiarek family.
Criteria:
Consideration to these three criteria: acceptance in a post high school educational program related to animal science, grade point average, and the student’s essay.
Dr. Harry Rozmiarek Scholarship Application
Ed and Helen Holewinski Memorial Scholarship - $500 (2 available)
This scholarship will be awarded to a PHS Senior continuing their education in either the Culinary Arts or Agriculture fields and will display a commitment to community service. Recipients are chosen by the Holewinski family.
Criteria:
Cumulative grade point average of 2.800 or higher.
Recommendation from a teacher in either Culinary Arts or Agriculture.
Demonstrates leadership abilities in extra-curricular activities.
Emil and Laverne Ripley Scholarship- $1,500
This scholarship is awarded by the Ripley family in memory of Emil and Laverne Ripley to provide support to a student who intends to pursue an education degree within the University of Wisconsin system.Recipients are chosen by the Ripley family.
Criteria:
Pursuing a degree in education with the intent of teaching.
GPA of 3.2 or higher.
Has given back to the Pulaski community.
Active in extracurricular activities and/or worked during high school.
Emil and Laverne Ripley Scholarship Application
Figaro's: I Worked For It Scholarship- up to $500 (multiple available)
Students must be deserving; showing they know what hard work and work ethic are and have work experience during their high school years. Recipients are chosen by the Education Foundation Board.
Criteria:
Cumulative grade point average of 2.500 or higher.
Recommendation from someone you have worked for or with.
Figaro's: Overcoming Adversity Scholarship- up to $500 (multiple available)
For a student who has overcome an adversity in their personal or family life, a scholarship toward their post-secondary education. Recipients are chosen by the Education Foundation Board.
Criteria:
Must have overcome adversity personal or family life and be willing to explain in an essay.
Frank Joswick Memorial Scholarship- $1,000 (2 available)
Awarded based upon school and community activities, accomplishments and honors, as well as future career plans. Recipients chosen by the Joswick family.
Criteria:
Cumulative grade point average of 2.500 or higher.
Awarded based on school and community activities, accomplishments and honors.
Fred and Gail Kestly Family Scholarship- $500
Awarded to an athlete who participated in at least two sports at the varsity level and judged on academic excellence, athletic and co-curricular accomplishments, as well as leadership and community service. Recipients are chosen by the Education Foundation Board.
Criteria:
Must have participated in at least two sports at the varsity level.
Recommendation from a teacher in a “related field” with relation to co-curriculars, leadership, and community service.
Pulaski Dental - Education Scholarship- up to $1,000 (multiple available)
This scholarship is to provide tuition assistance to a Pulaski High School graduate interested in a dental, medical or veterinary related career.
Criteria:
Minimum of 3.0 GPA.
Pursuing a career in dental, medical or veterinary related careers.
Janet Powers Memorial Scholarship- $500
This scholarship to a Pulaski High School senior continuing their education in an agricultural field or fields and will display a commitment to community service.
Criteria:
Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Pursuing a career in agriculture or related field.
Demonstrates leadership abilities in extra-curriculars and serving the community.
Jessica Lee McKeefry Scholarship- $500
In memory of Jessica Lee McKeefry, former Glenbrook student, the McKeefry family will provide a scholarship to a deserving Pulaski High School senior who will be continuing their education specifically in the field of ART. Recipients will be chosen by the family with the Education Foundation Board members' assistance.
Criteria:
Must be accepted into a post-secondary education program pursuing a degree in a Art.
Essay on overcoming a tragedy or adversity in personal life.
John and Marie Wigman Family Scholarship- $500
This scholarship is awarded by the Wigman family in memory of Marie. The student applicant must be enrolled in a Technical College and have co-curricular involvement and work experience while in high school. Recipients chosen by the Wigman Family.
Criteria:
Must be enrolled in a technical college

Making a Difference Scholarship - $1,000 (multiple available)
This scholarship will be awarded to a Pulaski High School senior who has a passion for learning and will be earning a degree in the education field.
Criteria:
Majoring in Education

Marnocha Funeral Home Scholarship - $500 (2 available)
The Marnocha Funeral Home scholarship is awarded to a Pulaski High School senior going into funeral service or entering into the trades. Recipients will be chosen by the Marnocha Funeral Home business.
Criteria:
Letter of reference to show work ethic from either a teacher or employer.
Essay on why the interest in your field of study. (200 words)
Marnocha Funeral Home has served the family or extended family.
Mark W. Quade Memorial Scholarship- $250
This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student continuing their education in either the Business or Art fields. The family of Mark Quade, a local businessman who had a Pulaski art and framing shop, are honoring his life with this scholarship. Recipients will be selected by the Education Foundation Board.
Criteria:
Must be continuing education in either Business or Art field.
Recommendation by an instructor in a “related field” of education.
Mark Weed Memorial Scholarship- $750 (multiple available)
The Mark Weed Memorial Fund provides scholarships for post-secondary education to students who were involved in the Pulaski High School wrestling program and/or who are planning on majoring in nursing or engineering. Recipients will be selected by the parents of Mark Weed.
Criteria:
Pursuing a career in nursing or engineering.
Involved in Pulaski High School wrestling and/or community activities.
Mihalko Family Perfect Attendance Award- $500
Seniors must have had perfect attendance throughout their high school career to receive this award. Recipients chosen using school attendance records by John Mihalko, long-time teacher at Pulaski High School, who had prefect attendance himself. Students do not have to be continuing with post-secondary education to apply.
Criteria:
Must have perfect attendance through all 4 years of high school.
Do not have to be continuing with post-secondary education to apply.
Norbert and Dorothy Peplinski Family Scholarship- $1,000 (multiple available)
Applicants must be continuing their education in a UW system university majoring in either a math or science related field. Preference will be given to those students who have excelled in math and science and have taken classes in at least three of the four areas.: Advanced Math, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Recipients will be selected by the Peplinski Family.
Criteria:
Must be accepted in a UW system university, majoring in math or science related field.
Norbert and Dorothy Peplinski Family Scholarship Application
Norman Wesolowski Memorial Scholarship- $750
Norman Wesolowski was a Pulaski High School graduate from 1969. Norman loved farming and took over the family farm when he was 17 years old. He devoted his life to taking care of all the animals on his dairy farm. He passed in 2018. Applicants must be going into an agricultural field. Recipients will be selected by the Education Foundation Board.
Criteria:
Must be going into an agricultural field.

PACE Community Service Award- $500
As a culmination of a Pulaski students' journey to becoming a servant leader, PACE will offer a $500 community service scholarship. Recipients will be selected by the Education foundation Board.
Criteria:
Must have accumulated more than 200 hours of community service over the last 4 years from at least two different sources.
PACE Community Service Award Application
Pulaski Preschool Scholarship- $250
This scholarship is being offered by the former Pulaski Preschool, a longtime component of the school district and a supporter of the Pulaski Community Schools. Applicants must be enrolled in any post-secondary education majoring in early childhood development or early childhood education. Recipients will be selected by the Education Foundation Board.
Criteria:
Must be enrolled in post-secondary majoring in early childhood development or early childhood education.
Ray Nitschke Memorial Scholarship- $500
This scholarship is awarded to honor the total picture type of life that Ray Nitschke lived while he was a Green Bay Packer. Consideration will be given to a student's academics, sports involvement and school activities. Recipients chosen by the Education Foundation Board.
Criteria:
Cumulative grade point average of 3.000 or higher.
Teacher recommendation during junior or senior year.
Richard Bluma Memorial Scholarship- $1,000
This scholarship will be awarded to a Pulaski High School graduate in furtherance of their education beyond high school at a college, university or technical college enrolling into an agricultural program. Recipients chosen by the Education Foundation Board.
Criteria:
Must be enrolling into an agricultural program.
Rick and Mary Ann Nowak Memorial Scholarship- $500
This scholarship is to support graduating seniors in two or four year post-secondary education or cosmetology school. Recipients chosen by the Gracyalny family.
Criteria:
FFA member who has served in leadership roles both in the organization as well as co-curriculars.
Pursuing a career in education, agriculture or cosmetology.
Robert Sponenburg Family Scholarship- $500
This scholarship is given in memory of Robert Sponenburg. Robert was the Kenosha Fair Supervisor. The scholarship will be awarded to a student that loves Agriculture and loves kids. They must be involved in 4H or FFA. Recipients chosen by the Sievert and Sponenburg families.
Criteria:
Must have a family history in the Agriculture area.
Must be involved in 4H or FFA.
Ted and Louise Konopka Scholarship- $1,000
This scholarship will be given in memory of Frank Konopka by the Konopka & Wiesman families. The scholarship will be awarded to a student in financial need that is attending a 2 or 4 year institution of of higher education. Recipient are chosen by the Education Foundation Board.
Criteria:
Attending a 2 or 4 year institution of higher learning.
Must have an average or higher GPA
Financial need
Must have good attendance at school.
Vernon and Angie Lhotte Family Scholarship- $250 (multiple available)
Vernon and Angie Lhotte were lifetime supporters of the Pulaski Community School District. Preference may be given to a Pulaski High School senior who is related to a Pulaski School Bus Driver. Recipients are chosen by the Lhotte Family.
