About Me

This is my 24th year teaching and my 20th as Burnside Elementary's Media Specialist (a.k.a. librarian)

I began teaching in 2000 as a Kindergarten teacher. I had the opportunity to become the Media Specialist in 2004. I have enjoyed teaching Kindergarten through 5th grade students over these many years.

I graduated with a B.A. in Education from Berea College. I have a M.A. degree as a Reading/Writing Specialist from EKU and a M.A. Degree in Library Media from WKU.
