Maya Role: Riley Matthews (part portrayed by Rowan Blanchard) best friend. Maya was a rebel, mischievous and spunky girl. However, she was a loyal, supportive and kind friend to Riley. Maya's parents separated after her dad picked up and left one night, so Maya considered the Matthews (Corey, Topanga, Riley and Auggie) family and basically lived at their house.

Show Summary: "Girl Meets World is the Boy Meets World for a whole new generation. More than a decade after Boy Meets World, Cory and Topanga Matthews are married and have 2 children, Riley (pre-teen) and Auggie (7). Cory is Riley's history teacher and in his class they learn not only about history, but about different life lessons.
