1. SCHEDULE WITH CADY

Deadline to schedule with CADY has expired.

2. ANN KEEN PHOTOGRAPHY

Free 5-minute yearbook session from a photographer based in Auburn. No sales pitch and no pressure to buy.

You will receive an online gallery, choose your favorite image, and Ann will send your selected yearbook photo to the yearbook staff.

Optional purchases: $35 per image or $90 for the full gallery.

3. SUBMIT YOUR OWN PHOTO

Have your portrait taken on your own and email it by October 31.

4. HAVE A YEARBOOK STAFF MEMBER TAKE YOUR PHOTO

You may also have a yearbook staff member take your portrait at school.

See Mr. Wilson or a yearbook staff member for details.

5. DO NOTHING

If you do nothing, we will use your student ID photo.

Deadline: Submit by October 31.

File Format: JPEG/JPG preferred; PNG accepted.

Resolution: High-resolution image, ideally 300 dpi.

File Size: At least 1 MB.

Orientation: Vertical (portrait) only.

Framing: Waist-up or chest-up preferred; full-body photos may be accepted if the student is clearly visible.

Clothing: Neat and appropriate for a school publication.

No Hats: Unless worn for religious or cultural reasons.

No Props: No pets, vehicles, sports equipment, signs, weapons, or other props.

Student Only: The student should be the only person in the photograph.

Face Visibility: Avoid sunglasses, heavy shadows, or anything covering the face.

Editing: Basic retouching is fine; avoid filters or major alterations.

Cropping: Leave some space around the head and shoulders.

File Naming:
LastName_FirstName.jpg

Photographer Permission: Make sure the photographer allows reproduction of the photo in the yearbook.
