About
I grew up in Walnut, a small town in Southern California, and graduated from Walnut High School in 1984, where I was actively involved in football, soccer, and baseball. After high school, I pursued higher education at Azusa Pacific University, playing soccer and earning my bachelor's degree in 1991 . Later, I completed my master's degree from Concordia University in 2017.
In 1997, I moved to La Quinta, California, where I dedicated 20 years to teaching middle school students. Throughout my career, I've had the unique opportunity to return to both my high school and college alma maters as an educator, giving back to the communities that shaped me. In 2017, my family and I relocated to Placer County, where we continue to build our lives.
