Typically, each science department (Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Studies and Sciences, Exercise Science, Math/CS, Physics/STHS) invites one speaker each semester. 

September 11 4-6 p.m.: Summer Science Research Symposium, Wheelock Student Center (the Sub).

September 26: John Eric Goff, Visiting Assistant Professor of Physics, Univeristy of Puget Sound, Exhilarating Sports Physics.  

October 10: Mira Schoeberlein, Ph.D. Student, University of Oregon, The Impact of Biological Sex on the Maximal Metabolic Steady State and Limitations to the Oxygen Delivery – Utilization Balance.

October 24: STEM Faculty Research Poster Session. If you are interested in doing scientific research, then join us! We will be in the Harned Atrium under the whale.
