We are flexible about rental terms, including length of lease.

We will consider 6, 9, or 12 month leases

Rent is $3500/month (not including utilities)

First month's rent, last and $4000 security deposit required at lease signing.

Rental History References required.

(pays for credit/background/rental history checks)

Pets will be considered on an individual basis but if approved, will require a non-refundable cleaning deposit and an additional damage deposit

Use of shared wood-fired sauna and shared lake toys are included in your rental

Two bedrooms are approximately 300sf each, the third is approximately 200sf

Please note, there is a separate MIL unit at the ground level that the owners use, so the lakefront, dock and sauna are shared spaces

You do have have private access to the upper 300sf deck looking out to the lake

We are only considering applications with a 2x income/rent ratio. Please be prepared to provide W2 and recent pay stubs as verification of income.
