About LAMBDA

The Large-scale Astrophysics of Matter and Baryons in Diffuse Arrangements (LAMBDA) is a research group led by Prof. Nicolás Tejos at the Institute of Physics, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (PUCV), Chile. We focus on the diffuse baryons that permeate the Universe, particularly those residing in the intergalactic medium (IGM) and circumgalactic medium (CGM), and on understanding their connection to galaxies and the large-scale cosmic web.

Ongoing collaborations

• Fast and Fortunate for Fast Radio Burst Follow-up (F4)

• Gravitational-arc tomography (ARCTOMO)

• Chilean Cluster Galaxy Evolution Survey (CHANCES)
