The Gordon Food Service Diet Parameters provide details about the guidelines used to develop the Long Term Care menu templates. These menus are written by the Registered Dietitians in the Nutrition Resource Center. It is the customer's responsibility to adjust these menus as needed to meet individual resident needs and to comply with the diet manual adopted by their healthcare community.
