1. Video Requirements

• Language: English/Malay

• Duration: 5–10 minutes

• Format: MP4 or MOV (HD quality recommended)

• Orientation: Landscape (16:9 aspect ratio)

• File Naming: I SINERGIE 2025_ID NO_TITLE

2. Presentation can be either in English or Malay.

3. These details must be included in the video presentation:

• Kindly include the I-SINERGIE opening video at the beginning of your presentation. The link to the opening video is provided below :

• Project title & ID number

• Names of team leader and members

• Institutional name & logo

• Objective(s), problem statements, description about your product/design/idea

4. Presentation video should be uploaded in social media platform with title. Video upload in the YouTube channel, please set the privacy setting to ‘UNLISTED’ if you want to restrict the audience to those who have the link only. 

5. Participants are required to submit the link of the video presentation.

6. Video Link must submit together with poster and innovation report.

7. Deadline for video submission: 31 August 2025
