This theme reminds us that every choice, every challenge met, and every act of leadership becomes part of a legacy that inspires others to dream bigger, reach higher, and continue the work that shapes a stronger future individually and collectively for the Middle States Region and beyond.

Who: Advisor or a Chapter Representative
What: When called to the podium on stage, share the ONE story that has been especially impactful to your chapter in 2025 and how through the 4 Hallmarks (scholarship, leadership, service, and fellowship) that story will benefit your chapter, community, and/or region for years to come.
Please limit to 30 seconds or less
All chapter members will be invited to stand in front of the stage for a chapter photo and to receive your awards.
We will organize the session alphabetically by chapter names within each state: Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania.
When: During General Session 1

Leadership Rally: Legacy in Action Seed Challenge
The Middle States Region Alumni Association (MSRAA) will sponsor the Leadership Rally, where you will meet the candidates for Middle States Regional Office and learn about their campaign platform. This event uses a garden metaphor that celebrates fellowship, connection, and the lasting impact of leadership within the Middle States Region.
The Meaning Behind the Seeds
The Meaning Behind the Seeds
Throughout the rally, members will build a custom seed bag that reflects the conversations and connections they experienced at convention.
The seeds each member collects represent how they invested in fellowship during the Middle States Regional Convention. After the event, members are encouraged to take their seeds back to their home, campus, or community and plant them. These seeds could contribute to a community garden, campus beautification project, or another meaningful space.
Just like the relationships built at convention, these seeds have the potential to grow into something lasting. In this way, each conversation becomes a small act of planting, which is strengthening the network of leaders who make up the Middle States Region.
Outside of the metaphor, you are also leaving your legacy of leadership for others to build upon and continue to grow.

The Leadership Rally will take place on Wednesday, March 25, immediately following the First General Session and dinner.
Each candidate will have their own table, where they are able to share campaign materials.
How the Rally Works
How the Rally Works
During dinner, student members will receive a seed bag provided by MSRAA. After dinner concludes, members will move freely around the room to visit candidates and learn about their campaigns.
Each candidate represents a different wildflower, and no two candidates will have the same seed.
When you visit tables, take time to engage them in meaningful conversation. Share your thoughts and experiences, ask questions, listen to their ideas, and build connections with fellow members of the region.
At the conclusion of a meaningful conversation, you will earn one scoop of your seeds to add to your bag.

The goal of the Leadership Rally is not simply to distribute seeds, but to cultivate connections. When conversations are thoughtful and genuine, the seeds become a symbol of the fellowship you have built together. Meaningful conversations might include:
Discussing campaign platforms or goals for the region
Learning and sharing member’s chapter, campus, or leadership experiences
Talking about ideas for strengthening PTK Hallmarks and programming across the region
