Policies and Procedures

Book Check Out:

Kindergarten and first grade students may check out one book per week.

Students in grades two through five may check out two books per week.

Checked out books must be returned within one week.

Renewals:

A student may renew a book up to three times as long as there are no reserves on the book.

Overdue:

If a book is not returned by the due date or the student's next library day, an overdue notice will be sent home.

Lost or Damaged Books:

If a student has lost or damaged a book, there will be a replacement charge. Fine notices will be sent home if a book becomes six weeks overdue.
