Mrs. Stephanie has more than 15 years experience in taxation and

financial accounting. She had 9 years experienced in Ernst and Young

and other several tax consultants, and the last 6 years experienced in

RSM Indonesia. She obtained her Bachelor Degree of Accounting from

Universitas Pelita Harapan.

She has been engaged in numerous assignments, such as annual and

monthly tax compliance, transfer pricing, tax advisory, cross-border

transaction, tax due diligence, tax review, tax audit and objection,

merger, acquisition and revaluation.

She also has experience in providing tax services for multinational

companies engaged in construction, energy and natural resources,

manufacture, industrial products, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and

insurance, etc.

Dr. Tyas Utomo Soekarsono is a highly accomplished professional with extensive expertise in agribusiness, finance, and strategic economic development. He holds a Ph.D. in Agribusiness, Agricultural Finance, and Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), where his dissertation focused on integrating strategy and economics to enhance agribusiness competitiveness. His academic background is further supported by an MBA in Macro Finance and Banking from UIUC and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia, earned through a scholarship from the Central Bank of Indonesia.

With over two decades of professional and entrepreneurial experience, Dr. Soekarsono has led various organizations across finance, technology, and creative industries. As President Director of PT Benefit Investment and Chairman of PT Max Interative Technologies (Zipay), he has demonstrated leadership in financial consulting and e-money innovation. His past roles include strategic advisory positions within local governments, such as Team Head for the Governor’s Acceleration Program of West Sumatra and Expert Staff for Jakarta’s Asset Management Agency. In addition, he has successfully managed ventures in animation, media distribution, and food manufacturing, showcasing his versatility in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings.

Dr. Soekarsono’s contributions extend to academia and professional associations. He has lectured at the University of Indonesia and served as a Visiting Professor at Kobe University, focusing on managerial economics, finance, and microfinance development. His research involvement includes projects with international organizations such as JBIC, JICA, and Bappenas, emphasizing decentralization and SME development. Beyond academia, he has held leadership positions in multiple industry associations, including the Indonesian Animation Industry Association (AINAKI) and the Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneur Network, underlining his commitment to advancing both economic innovation and community leadership.

Corporate Finance

Mr Heru Agus Wuryanto is one of the key person of GSM Group. His 30

years experiences in banking, finance, investment, merger, acquisition,

equity fuding, IPO’s, Joint Ventures, and Joint Operation is inevitable.

He started his career as Branch Manager of Astra Credit Company and

later became Director of Sinarmas Multifinance in 2000. In 2006 until

2017 he became Director of PT Bank Sinarmas.

He obtained his Bachelor Degree of Accounting in 1989 from Universitas

Brawijaya and Master of Finance from Universitas Indonesia Esa Unggul.

Branding and Marketing

Mr. Clint Wilfred Tetelepta manages GSM’s financial advisory and

management training function, including with respect to investment,

company law commercial law, management control system, strategic

management, business communication, marketing, branding, executive

search and recruitment, and human resources.

He obtained his Bachelor Degree of Accounting in 1996 from Unversitas

Advent Indonesia and Master of Business Administration in 1998 from

National University, San Diego, United States of America.

He had more than 20 years experience as a financial advisor, consultant

trainer & motivator for Government and Multinational Company such as

Kementerian Pekerjaan & Perumahan Rakyat, PT Telkom, PT Telkomsel,

PT Indosat, PT WIKA, PT PP, PT Pertamina, Pemprov NTT, Kemendiknas,

Tentara Nasional Indonesia, Polri, Bank Indonesia, Bank Mandiri, PT

Newmont NTT, Assia Sejahtera Propertindo, Agung Podomoro Group,

Taman Safari Group, Berylian Plaza Group Kendari, Mustika Ratu, etc.

He also former senior trainer and special counselor of Tantowi Yahya

Public Speaking School and now as an exclusive associate partner and

curriculum director at Chocky Sitohang Speaking Incorporation.

He also a former lecturer at Kalbe Institute for Graduate Program

(Magister Management) and now a lecturer at Universitas Multimedia

Nusantara, Universitas Pelita Harapan, and Royal Melbourne Institute of

Technology (RMIT).
