I graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and from Syracuse University a Master’s degree and completed an ABD (all but dissertation) in Electrical Engineering. I went back and got my Colorado certification in secondary math and have taught from pre-school through college.

 I have been married for 24 years to my husband, Jan, and have two children.  My son is a junior at OIT (Oregon Institute of Technology) majoring in marketing and my daughter is a freshman in college earning her certification as an EMT. We have three dogs, a mini-pinscher, a mini-dachshund and a chihuahua.

I am so excited to be teaching at PTAA and sharing my love of math with you.
