Meet the Teacher

My name is Christina Vigeant and I am happy you are here!  I have lived in several places around the world since my family is military.  My husband was a Marine and is now a Firefighter for Schriever Space Force Base.  Together we own a small cattle ranch in Calhan, Colorado.  On the ranch we have Herefords that we raise for beef.  I also bring in horses and donkeys from BLM that I gentle in my free time.

I am new to Pioneer Technology and Arts Academy and am excited for the journey!  This is my second year teaching and I am teaching Third Grade this year.  I love being in school and have several degrees.  I am always finding ways to expand my knowledge and experience.

I love to volunteer when and where I can.  Family is important to me, so I make sure that I balance my family life and work life.  You can often find us volunteering with animals or helping out in the community.
