I am excited to begin my journey as a third-grade teacher and create a classroom environment where students feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Literacy Studies from Rowan University and my Master of Arts in Teaching in Special and Elementary Education from The College of New Jersey. Throughout my teaching career, I have gained experience working with a wide range of learners, including self-contained kindergarten autism classrooms, self-contained multiple disabilities classrooms, and a kindergarten inclusion classroom. These experiences have strengthened my passion for differentiated instruction, building meaningful relationships with students, and creating an inclusive learning environment where every child has the opportunity to succeed. I believe in fostering curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning while helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally within a caring classroom community. I am also passionate about incorporating STEAM learning opportunities that encourage students to explore, collaborate, problem-solve, and apply their creativity to real-world challenges. Through hands-on experiences in science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics, I strive to create a classroom where students are empowered to be innovative thinkers and lifelong learners.
