精神疾病污名感受量表
(Perceived Psychiatric Stigma Scale, PPSS)
「精神污名量表」可用於精神疾病患者及一般健康者，在題目呈現上採第一人稱方式敘述。
作答方式採四點李克氏量尺(Likert’s scale)，由1到4，分別表示「完全不同意」、「不同意」、「同意」、「完全同意」，且所有題目皆為正向題，得分愈高表示受測者感受到的精神疾病污名愈強。

網路成癮量表 (CIAS)
「網路成癮量表(Chen Internet Addiction Scale, CIAS)」為評估網路成癮傾向的自填式量表。綜合DSM-IV對各成癮症之診斷標準，以及臨床個案的觀察與網路重度使用者的焦點訪談結果，進而依循傳統成癮症的診斷概念模式，依照「網路成癮核心症狀」與「網路成癮相關問題」等兩個次層結構編擬而成。
