Mohammad Sababheh

Mohammad Sababheh is a professor of Mathematics working mainly in the field of Mathematical Analysis.   Sababheh held some administrative positions earlier at PSUT; where he was the associate vice president for administrative affairs during 2020-2022, the dean of King Abdullah I school of scientific research and graduate studies during 2018-2020, and the head of the department of sciences and humanities during 2008-2011.

 Sababheh attended McGill University during 2003-2006 for his Ph.D. After that, he joined the University of Jordan as an assistant professor from September 2006 to January 2008, when he joined PSUT. Sababheh has received several acknowledgments for his teaching quality; where he was awarded teaching awards from McGill University, Princess Sumaya University for Technology and the University of Sharjah. In his research, Sababheh authored more than 125 research papers in Harmonic analysis, Functional analysis and Operator theory; with emphasis on Operator and Functional inequalities.  In 2020, 2022 and 2023, he was listed among the best 2% researchers worldwide in a study conducted by researchers from Stanford and Elsevier.
