Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is an educational framework that guides the development of flexible methods, materials, and environments that embrace variability, minimize barriers, and develop expert learning for all.

UDL Playbook for School and District Leaders by Katie Novak and Mike Woodlock gives school leaders a step-by-step process to reshape their skills and methods through the inclusive principles of Universal Design for Learning.

These "INTERACTIVE" guidelines offer a set of concrete suggestions that can be applied to any discipline or domain to ensure that all learners can access and participate in meaningful, challenging learning opportunities.
