BLUE HYDRA PUBLICATION

After eight (8) years that the College of Criminal Justice Education was separated from the College of Arts and Humanities, on October 3, 2022, the Blue Hydra Publication was created under the leadership of the first elected Editor-in-Chief, Mr. John Ray L. Orqueza and the supervision of the college faculty, MSCJ Joshua T. Ngayao, RCrim. There, the college began to establish a community for growth, learning and skilled criminology students who advocate responsible journalism and freedom of expression within CCJE-PSU Main.

The Blue Hydra Publication established a student organization that encourages interest in publication, promotes growth, confidence, and camaraderie, maintains a sense of awareness among students, and uplifts dreams and aspirations for the betterment of our future and society that upholds the values of INTEGRITY, RELIABILITY, COURAGE, and FREEDOM.
