The Student Body Government (SBG) of Palawan State University - Laboratory Senior High School (PSU-LSHS) is a democratic and semi-autonomous institution concerned with the well-being of Senior High School students. Functioning as the supreme student organization, it seeks to govern and supervise several existing student-led groups in order to foster and build a strong sense of community among PSU-LSHS students, ensuring the quality of the virtual learning experience from the comfort of one's home.
The six SBG-sponsored clubs aim to develop a sense of camaraderie among students by forming smaller communities with shared interests and goals.

The SBG carefully plans and executes a wide array of activities and initiatives. From University Day and Valentine's Day Celebrations, Intramurals, and the Donation Drive for the affected families as a result of the ravages left by Typhoon Odette, the student-led organization demonstrates flexibility in adopting any events as the theme to the projects to positively impact a large number of audiences and achieve more goals as a governing body for the sake of fellow students.
The SBG creates opportunities for students to engage and interact with the implementation of various exciting and fun activities every month.
