What to expect when you book a space

  • Click on the "i" for more information about MRI's MSC Gather.Town Reservation.

  • Select the date of your event. Time slots will display depending on what is available.

  • Fill out the information below your selected date and time (Name, Email, Phone No., Title of Event, Selected Space/Room), then click "Book".

  • You will receive an automated email that confirms your request was made and pending approval.

  • When your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a second email with a link and password to use during your reserved time.

NOTE: If you require any pre-meeting rehearsals for speakers, presenters, etc., you must also book additional time using this booking request form.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW:

An event can be booked in 1 ½ hour blocks (note: there is a built-in 30 min. buffer before to reset the room). Should you require a longer event time, please request the start time and note in the “Additional comments/questions” field the exact time(s) you are requesting. You will receive an initial, automated email confirmation. Once approved, you will receive a second email with a link and password for your event. Please do not try to use the “Change this booking”, “Reschedule”, or “Cancel” functions. If you need to make changes, please contact Donna Lucas to assist with rescheduling or cancellations.
