The Korean Government’s

Decarbonization Bills

And

Small Businesses

Companies are forced to be heavily influenced by the laws of their country. The project analyzed the benefits and losses companies will receive from bills related to carbon neutrality, one of the efforts made by the Korean government to reduce the amount of carbon emissions under the 2015 Paris Agreement.

The first thing I did was analyze the bills that are expected to affect companies the most by classifying them into three categories. Since then, I have analyzed the objectives of each bill, the financial assistance ESP is likely to obtain, the institutional assistance, the regulations ESP is expected to receive from that category of legislation, and how the damage can be reduced.
