Welcome to our next virtual podcast discussion for Sustainable Gastronomy Day!
We invite all friends of Penn State Brandywine and Tyler Arboretum to join us for this unique discussion highlighting Sustainable Gastronomy Day, an annual international day of celebration declared by the United Nations to emphasize the need to focus the world’s attention on the role that sustainable gastronomy can play. It also reaffirms that all cultures and civilizations are contributors and crucial enablers of sustainable development. Sustainable Gastronomy Day was first celebrated in 2017 and is marked each year on June 18.

"Sustainable gastronomy can play a role due to its interlinkages with the three dimensions of sustainable development, in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals by promoting:
