Submission process
Presenter can submit abstract only or full paper for conference proceeding. Please fill the Registration Form and download below template. Abstract must be submitted to the Abstract Submission within 30 June 2022. After reviewing process, you will get email notification from ICoSEE 2022 (by email that you have registered). After abstract submission, student can request for Waive Grant. The presenter who would like to submit full paper for conference proceeding, the abstract must be accepted. The full paper must be submitted to the Full Paper Submission within 31 August 2022. All online presenters must submit video presentation within 21 October 2022.

Instructions to Speakers
The registered participants who are going to perform online oral presentation have to do as follows.
Making power point for presentation and voice record or VDO presentation onto his/her own Google Drive with public file sharing. Copy link and send back to ICoSEE Secretariat (icosee2022@gmail.com) within 21 October 2022.
Presentation via Zoom program on 5th - 6th November 2022.
Presenters should arrive their presentation room before the sessions start.
Each room will have session chairs to manage the session and evaluate the presentation.
During giving presentation, session chair will help remind presenters of the time.
The best presentations will be awarded in closing ceremony on 6th November 2022.
