Family Income Inquiry Form for School Funding
Dear Parent and/or Guardian, As you know, we ask families to fill out a Family Income Inquiry Form each year. This helps ensure funding for our school which includes Title One and funding for other programs. Please note that if you have not done so yet to please complete the form as soon as possible. In order to access the form, please click here. If you are unable to access the link there, you can go to https://www.myschoolapps.com/
in order to complete the form. Please note that this does not affect your child’s ability to receive school breakfast or lunch. This is strictly about funding and as a school we need to be 100% compliant with Food Services in order to receive it. At this time, we would like to thank you for taking time from your busy schedule to help ensure the completion of your child’s form. Best regards, Donna Frankel
November 5th is Elementary (gradesk-5) Parent Teacher Conference. All meetings will be virtual as there will be no in school meetings.
