Mr. Martin Joseph W. Simbulan is an Information Technology Officer III at the Philippine Science High School System (PSHS), currently serving under the Knowledge Innovation Division. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Information Technology, and a Master of Information Systems from the University of the Philippines Open University.
