Mrs. Rosalinda O. Luwang is a Special Science Teacher IV at Philippine Science High School – Cagayan Valley Campus teaching Physics and Mathematics. She finished Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Physics and Mathematics last 2001 Cum Laude, Master of Science in Teaching in Mathematics last 2005 and currently taking Doctor of Philosophy in Science Education Major in Mathematics Education. She also finished Master in Development Management under the Middle Manager’s Class of the Development Academy of the Philippines under the Public Management Development Program last 2023. In her 23 years at PSHS - CVC, she served as classroom teacher, Homeroom Adviser, ALA Adviser, SCALE Adviser, Academic Unit Head for Physics and Math, Homeroom Coordinator and CID Chief.
