Students should leave their bags in the bag counter. However, it is encouraged to bring valuables with you like laptop, wallet, and cellphones.
Food and drinks are NOT allowed inside the library.
Any behavior that unsettles or disturbs the operation of the library or anyone’s ability to study or use the library’s resources is not tolerated.
A student who borrows a book and other library materials must assume full responsibility for the proper care of books/materials in his/her possession. .
A fine of P1.00 per day for Fiction Books and P3.50 per day for Non-Fiction books are charged for late returning of book/s. Fines are deducted from stipends. Lost books may be replaced.
The Individual Study Area (ISA) is for students who want to have their own me time. The ISA is reserved for one (1) student ONLY.
The lounge is a place to collaborate, relax, and unwind. Please respect other students who are using the area.
Responsible internet use, the practice of signing out of all accounts and deleting all downloaded files on library computers are strictly enforced to ensure data security.

The rooms is limited to FOUR to SIX persons for ONE HOUR.

Users will be held accountable for any damages or losses from negligent use.

Turn off the air conditioning and lights, and arrange the chairs properly. Ensure that the room is clean and in order before leaving.
Class Research for teachers are highly encouraged to set an appointment at least one day before the schedule through Class Research Reservation
Students may borrow seven (7) books for two (2)
Document scanning
Books, articles, clippings and book chapters are scanned, edited, cleaned and organized. After preparing the requested book/documents, the Librarian will send it to the requestor's email address.
Online Reservation and Renewal
Students can borrow a maximum of seven books for 14 days. Reservation and renewal can be made online through this link.
The requested books will be delivered by the Librarian around Metro Manila. If a borrower resides outside Metro Manila, the books will be delivered by courier.

Computers are provided for encoding term papers and research projects. The internet should be used responsibly for academic research only. Playing computer and online games are strictly prohibited.
