What Do I Need To Bring On a Campout?
Normally for camping trips we are gone for 1 - 2 nights so it would be a good idea to bring a sleeping mat and sleeping bag, you should also pack a change of clothes in case something happens while on a hike or pack a swimsuit if your going to be doing something involving water. You should also bring a mess kit as it is a good thing to bring on any camping trip.

We host fun overnight travel adventures every month of the year, which might include:
White water rafting down the mighty Kennebec River in Maine
Hiking to the peak of mighty Mount Washington in New Hampshire
Paddling down the vast Androscoggin River in Maine
Skiing the slopes of Attitash Peak and Wildcat Mountain
Exploring the urban landscape of New York City
Discovering the nooks and crannies of historic Philadelphia
Cycling the bucolic Northern Rail Trail in New Hampshire
Overnight rock climbing adventures
Week-long summer camp adventures at Camp Wanocksett in New Hampshire
High adventure trips for our older scouts to Philmont, the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, and more
How much does it cost to join?
How much does it cost to join?
- Annual registration typically costs about $150 for an entire year of scouting. We do our best to self-fund our weekly activities and monthly adventures through our Transfer Station recycling shed.
What are the ranks in Boy Scouts?

The lowest rank is Scout and after completing some basic requirement's you will move onto the Tenderfoot rank where you will complete more basic requirements. After that you will move on to Second Class and after that you will work on First Class which in both you will have to work on harder and more complex tasks. Next up is Star where you will start to work on merit badges and service. After Star is Life where you will do more badges and larger amounts of service. Finally is Eagle where you will finish up a couple badges and some service and then work on your eagle project which will be a project that will better your community.
