Kindergarten Registration

Step 1: Complete/Collect/Send in paperwork.

• Completed Harvard Public Schools registration forms, which can be downloaded here: https://tinyurl.com/RegistrationHES

• Hildreth Elementary also requires these additional forms

  1. HES New Student Enrollment Form

  2. Early Childhood Survey

• Also include copies of:

  1. Most recent physical exam

  2. Immunization records

  3. Child’s birth certificate

  4. Proof of residency (ex: utility bill, lease, deed)

Once your paperwork is received and processed, you will receive an email inviting you to make an appointment for a meeting with a counselor to complete a developmental and academic history for your child in late March or early April.

You will receive an invitation to a Kindergarten parent information night which will be held in May.

In the summer, you’ll receive an invitation to Kindergarten orientation.
