Citing a PDF in NoodleTools can be a challenge. You want to reflect the "container site" (the site you found the pdf on) and so choosing WEBSITE > and then the appropriate category.  A lot of pdfs are magazine/journal articles and you can site it that way. Basically you need: the author, the title of the document, the website you found it from, date published, the publisher (if any), the URL, and the date accessed.
