Dr. S. Thirumalai Kumaran received his M.Tech in Manufacturing Engineering (Gold medalist) from Government College of Technology, India, in 2008. He completed his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education, India, in 2015. He has worked in various positions in Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education since 2009. After completing Ph.D., he worked as Research Professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Yeungnam University, South Korea. His credentials include three projects from UGC-DAE, DAE-BRNS and CVRDE and also published over 100 SCI/Scopus indexed journals with over 2100 citations. Currently he is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research, India.
