Hello Wellington Eagles!

My Name Is Cory Slack and I am excited to be teaching physical education and health this year at Wellington Middle school. To introduce myself I will write a few facts about me here. I am a Fort Collins native, graduated from Poudre High School in 2001. After many years of landscaping post high school, I decided to pursue degrees in Health and Exercise science from CSU, and Sport Pedagogy from University of Northern Colorado. This will be my 3rd year teaching physical education and my 2nd year teaching middle school. I enjoy movement and practicing healthy habits and I want to share that passion with my students and families. In my free time I like to go hiking, ride my bike, play sports (mostly basketball and disc golf), do yoga, swim, kayak, spend time with family and friends. Most of all I am really excited to start the year, and start meeting the Wellington community ( Virtually!)
