8th Grade English

Welcome to Eighth Grade Language Arts!

I am Mr. Lauer, your eighth grade language arts teacher. This year, you will be working on many engaging units to help you become a better reader and writer. I am excited to get to know you and teach you about the subject I love the most.

We will be using Google Classroom to complete assignments. I will update Google Classroom daily with assignments, due dates, and resources that we use for class.

If you have any questions about ANYTHING language arts-related, the first thing you should always do is check Google Classroom.

Grades will be recorded in Synergy. To check your grade, please go to StudentVue. (Link at bottom of page).

Also, I will also sometimes email you though your school email. It would be a good idea to check your school email every day.
