Hey Panthers, and welcome to the 2025-26 school year! My name is Amanda Jackson, and I am your 6th grade School Counselor!
This is my third year as a counselor, and I could not be more excited to returning to Webber for year three as a Panther! Believe it or not, I have wanted to be a counselor since my early years in high school, so this is a literal dream come true for me. Prior to counseling, I was a Cross-Country Coach and Spanish Teacher and for six years at Lincoln Middle School in Fort Collins from 2017-2023. While I LOVED teaching my amazing students and sharing my passion about the Hispanic culture and Spanish language, I was not able to work with kiddos on as deep of a level as I had hoped ever since high school. Luckily, Spanish is wonderful skill to have, and I hope to be able to use my language ability and cultural connections to work with our diverse student population at Webber!
When I am not counseling, you can find me coaching the Webber Girls Golf team and/or practicing my own self-care on the slopes skiing or snowboarding around Colorado, while the slopes of Monarch Mountain in Salida, Colorado are my favorite; running; hiking; biking; paddle boarding; and basically anything else outdoors. Aside from that, my passions also include watching movies, playing videogames, and traveling the world with my amazing husband, Cody, who I have been with since senior year of high school! A few things that you may not know about me are that I am OBSESSED with Christmas, that I love the Denver Nuggets, and that I am a huge foodie.
I am SO excited to get to know each and every one of you, Panthers! Feel free to stop by my office in Student Services anytime to discuss social-emotional, academic, career, and schedule needs, or just to get to know each other a little bit! GO PANTHERS!

Hey Webber! My name is James Walsh and I am the new 7th grade counselor. School counseling has been a dream of mine since High School and I am so grateful to be able to connect with you all this year!
I am from Highlands Ranch, Colorado and I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Colorado State University (Go Rams!). Immediately after graduating from CSU I started coaching high school basketball while supporting high school students struggling with attendance/truancy. I worked at Englewood High School as a Post Secondary Advisor for 3 years and coached JV and Varsity boys basketball at Heritage High School in Littleton, CO. I truly love working with students of all ages and chose to pursue a masters degree in school counseling during my final year at Englewood HS.
In May of 2025, I graduated with my masters from Adams State University and decided it was time to move back to Fort Collins and I couldn’t be happier to join Webber Middle School. I am so excited to connect with the amazing students, staff, and families that make up the Panther family.
When I am not counseling, I enjoy hiking, camping, going to the gym, watching basketball, and finding new forms of self-care! I also love some good rest and relaxation time and enjoy watching any and all sports. March Madness and NBA playoffs are my favorite sporting events of the year. My favorite mountain towns are Crested Butte, Estes Park, and Ouray. Some things you may not know about me are that I love the Indiana Pacers, I have over 30 tattoos, and I recently traveled to Ireland for two weeks!
I am beyond excited to get to know all of you. Please don’t hesitate to pop into my office for any needs you may have whether it’s social/emotional, academic, career, schedule issues, or just to crack a couple of jokes and get to know one another! Go Panthers!

Hello Webber! My name is Meg Stump and I am the 8th grade counselor. School counseling is my passion and I feel so lucky to work with such amazing students every day.
I am originally from the Washington DC area and earned my undergraduate degree in TV and Film production from Ohio University. I spent many years working in production, namely for National Geographic and Sundance Film Festival. I had lots of fun working in film but I really missed working with kids. Growing up I spent my summers in the Blue Ridge Mountains as a camp counselor, and always said it was the best job I ever had!
In 2018 I graduated with my masters in counseling from Colorado State University. I completed my internship at Webber Middle School and immediately fell in love with the students, staff, and building as a whole. I worked at Blevins Middle School as a school counselor for six wonderful years before returning to Webber in 2024.
I love biking, reading, film, and musical theatre. I also love spending time with my husband and my two small children, Jack and Maggie, and my cat, Zamboni.
